Sarasota Paradise is excited to announce the newest addition to our coaching staff, Mark Macphee, who will be taking on the role of Goalkeeper Coach for the upcoming season.
As the Goalkeeper Coach, Macphee will play a crucial role in bringing the best out of the Paradise Goalkeepers, in training and in matches. His leadership, knowledge, and passion for the sport make him an excellent fit for Sarasota Paradise, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact he will have on the team.
We believe that Mark Macphee’s addition to the coaching staff will contribute significantly to the continued success of Sarasota Paradise. The entire organization is eager to work with him and build upon the achievements of the past season.

Why did you choose to be part of Sarasota Paradise?
“I wanted to be part of something that provided a strong path towards personal improvement for local young players, whilst showing real price in the area we live…Sarasota.”
What do you love most about the Sarasota Community?
“The way we rally around each other when it comes to good things or the bad, understanding that we all choose to live here because it’s beautiful and we try to keep it that way.”
What are some fun facts about yourself?
“I’ve played Bagpipes my entire life, have a hairless Sphynx cat, and I love to Golf.”
Tell us about your experience in the sport and your passion for it.
“Played my whole life, some Junior level back in Scotland as I grew up and as I prepared to come to the US. Played at the Juco and D1 NAIA in my college career continuing playing when I finished up college and moved to Sarasota. Always loved the playing side, but the understanding of the game tactically and all the facets of the game are important to me. Student of the sport, always watching and learning, still room to grow.”
