The Sarasota Paradise is excited to announce the addition of Allison Evanitz as the new Director of Sponsorships. With over two decades of experience in community-based organizations, selling sponsorships, and memberships, Allison brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the role.
Originally from Pittsburgh, Allison has a deep appreciation for the impact sports can have on a community. “Being from Pittsburgh, I understand the importance sports can have in developing the local economy and bringing us together as a community. I wanted to be part of that,” she shares. Her experience includes roles in community engagement and initiatives, most notably serving as Vice President of Community Engagement at the EDC and working with the Pennsylvania One Call System.
Since moving to Sarasota a few years ago, Allison has been deeply involved in various industries, always with a focus on projects that benefit the community. Now, she’s eager to leverage Sarasota Paradise’s recent success to build long-term relationships with sponsors who share her vision for the community.
“The team’s recent success gives us a great starting point for developing relationships with long-term sponsors within our community,” Allison notes. “I see a robust fan base, community events that bring us together, and opportunities for our local businesses to promote themselves in a fun and engaging way.”
As an empty nester with a son who just completed his first year at UCF, Allison is also an avid traveler and enjoys her role as the oldest of five siblings.
Sarasota Paradise is thrilled to have Allison on board and looks forward to the innovative partnerships and community initiatives she will spearhead in her new role.
